IAMSAR Solutions was recently invited to attend the ICAO NACC SAR workshop held in Mexico City, Mexico. This was a first for a private corporation to be asked to attend such a prestigious meeting related to SAR across the whole Caribbean nations.
Our President, Mr. Jean Houde, attended this event and provided valuable SAR training to the audience of 20+ countries. Additionally, in a continuous attempt to standardize SAR on a global scale and in partnership with TSi of Maryland, USA, Jean offered free trial licenses access to our incredible SAR Mission Management System IMSAR.
The event organizer, Mr. Eddian Mendez from ICAO, provided complete support to this initiative and recognizes the importance of the private sector to assist in the global SAR enhancement effort.
